Brands pay us to put their product in the hands of cooks who write for us. The cooks decide what to make. Here is what they made.

We sent Ducktrap's smoked salmon to cooks who write for us, and asked what they'd do with it.
We sent Mowi's salmon to cooks who write for us, and left them to it.

A campaign works like this. We find cooks whose work suits what you make. You send it to them. They cook with it for a fortnight before proposing anything, then each one develops two recipes. We test them, edit them, and publish one a week. Every recipe carries the name of the cook who made it, and stays on the site afterwards, where people keep finding it for years.

And the recipe keeps growing. Members cook it and put their own photograph underneath, with what they changed and how it went. We call it I Cooked This. Every one is another cook showing what happened in their own kitchen, and nobody paid them to do it.

Every campaign page says which brand paid for it. We follow FTC guidance and label sponsored work plainly, because a recipe nobody believes is worth nothing to you.
