Ingredients
- •4 thin slices English cucumber
- •2 thin slices lemon
- •1 strawberry, sliced, or a Luxardo or Amerena cherry
- •59 ml (2 ounces) Pimm’s No. 1
- •118 ml (4 ounces) lemon-lime soda
- •Sprig of mint or borage, if available
Preparation
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add cucumber, lemon and strawberry slices or cherry to glass. Pour Pimm’s No. 1 over. Top with soda and garnish with any remaining cucumber, fruit and mint.
