Ingredients
- •1 lime, quartered
- •237 ml (8 fluid ounces) club soda
- •44 ml (1.5 ounces) simple syrup,* or to taste (you can begin with half that amount and add more as desired)
* Substitute raspberry syrup for simple syrup to make a Raspberry Lime Rickey
Preparation
Into a tall, ice-filled glass, juice the lime wedges and drop in the juiced shells.
Fill glass with club soda, add simple syrup. Stir gently and serve.
