Judy Chan

Judy Chan was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada – a city that celebrates diverse ethnic foods. Her lifelong interest in food and cooking came from her mother, who was an accomplished cook and gardener. A home economics teacher of many years, she loves to share her passion for food with her students. She believes sharing food brings people together to create wonderful memories.
