Christina Nifong

Christina Nifong is a writer of stories. About kale and turnips, seeds and dirt. And the people who grow and cook them. She has worked as a journalist for The Christian Science Monitor and The News & Observer in Raleigh, North Carolina and writes freelance for such publications as The Local Palate and SWVA Living. She recently completed a year as food writer for The Roanoke Times in Roanoke, Virginia. Currently, she sends out a monthly E-newsletter focused on local food, Eat Healthy/Eat Local.
