A refreshing cocktail with cucumber slices and crushed ice.

Made up of fresh fruit and juices, this effervescent drink is the perfect complement to a hot Miami day.

Ingredients

  • •1 small slice fresh pineapple
  • •1 thin slice fresh peeled cucumber
  • •59 ml (2 fluid ounces) pineapple juice
  • •30 ml (1 fluid ounce) Sprite
  • •30 ml (1 fluid ounce) agave

Preparation

  1. Muddle fresh fruit in a martini shaker, and add pineapple juice, Sprite and agave. Shake well and pour over ice in a highball glass.
